In case our recommended options do not meet your satisfaction, rest assured, a full refund will be processed through your original payment method. Inventory Status

Our endeavour is to keep our inventory status updated on the website in real-time. Given the unique nature of each artwork, your desired piece might be on the wishlist of other art connoisseurs too. Packaging with Precision

Each piece is carefully wrapped in acid-free materials and securely placed in a sturdy, custom-built tube, providing maximum protection during transit.

Shipping Details

We entrust our artworks to reputable, experienced couriers with a proven track record in the transportation of fine arts. For international shipments, we utilise services such as DHL or FedEx. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, ensuring you can monitor the journey of your Thangka painting from our gallery to your home.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending upon the destination. While we strive for timely delivery, certain external factors may occasionally lead to minor delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.

Upon confirming your order, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline. These timelines, beginning from the shipping date, not the order date, are designed to be generous estimates. Our aim is to have your precious art piece delivered within 20 business days from the date of your order, barring extraordinary circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. To get an estimate, simply add your favourite pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout, where your shipping cost will be displayed.

Customs and Duties

In our pursuit of sharing the beauty of our art with global enthusiasts, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes, as per your country's regulations, may apply. These charges, which are the buyer's responsibility, are beyond our control and may result in delivery delays. We value your understanding on this front.

Handling Charges

To ensure the safe transit of your artwork, a nominal handling fee will be added to your total shipping cost. This is to cover any expenses incurred in the careful packaging and handling of your precious artwork.

Receiving Your Artwork

Upon receipt of your painting, we kindly request you to inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before signing for delivery. If damage has occurred in transit, please document it and contact us at immediately so that we can expedite a claim with the courier.

Changes to Your Order

In the event that you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We'll coordinate with our courier partners to reroute your package whenever possible. Please note, this may lead to a change in your delivery date.


Unclaimed Purchases

Should a client purchase a painting but fail to provide a shipping address or fail to communicate with Gammas Art Gallery within 6 months to give instructions regarding the purchased painting, Gammas Art Gallery reserves the right to resell the painting to other clients without reimbursement to the original buyer.
